Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your order under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Custom items and meteorite jewelry may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
